As a bride-to-be you probably know the importance of shoes. Your bridal shoes may not be as special as Cinderella’s shoes, but still essential to you.
That’s why when choosing your wedding shoes you should analyze these aspects:

- Comfort- that’s no doubt the main aspect you should think about. You’re wearing these shoes many hours so they must be comfortable…really comfortable, like they are your second skin.
- Cost- don’t buy cheap shoes because you’ll regret it. Believe me you wouldn’t like the feeling your feet are killing you during your religious ceremony. It can ruin you sacred moment.
- Fabric-most brides go for satin or silk. I don’t think it really matters, as long as you like them and match harmoniously with your bridal gown.
- Color-like I said the shoes have to match with the dress, but if you’re a more eccentric bride, you can go for colored shoes or you can add some beautiful artistic shades by dyeing your shoes.
- The right heels- if you’re used to wearing high heels, that’s perfect…but if you’re not, don’t start now. In other words choose what you usually wear or platform heels. Satin ballet slippers are a perfect choice for the brides who would rather go flat.
- Context- when I say context I’m thinking more about destination. For example if you’re having a beach wedding it’s pretty clear you can’t wear some elegant stilettos, maybe some flip flops are better. If you’re having a winter wedding you should go for some boots.
After wedding, you can have your shoes dyed black. That way you can wear them again…and black shoes are always a trend.
